Pricing

Payments for your journey may be made in installments or in full. To ensure a seamless and elevated travel experience, it is important to stay aligned with the agreed payment schedule, as arrangements such as accommodations, experiences, and services are secured on your behalf in advance.

Final payment is due 45 days prior to the departure date. Should you anticipate any delays with payment, we kindly ask that you notify us ahead of the deadline.

Pricing is based on double occupancy. A single-room option may be available upon request for an additional fee.

  • Flights are not included in our package trips. However, we offer a complimentary flight consultation to identify the most convenient and cost-effective routes based on your departure city. Once your preferred route is confirmed, we’re happy to handle your flight reservations on your behalf, ensuring a seamless, stress-free travel experience.

  • Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended travel dates.
    Brazil's currency is the Brazilian Real (BRL) and while card payments are widely accepted in hotels, restaurants, and larger establishments, cash is recommended for local markets, street vendors, and smaller businesses.
    Brazil's climate varies significantly by region, so lightweight breathable clothing is ideal for coastal and tropical destinations, while a light layer is useful for cooler evenings in elevated cities such as São Paulo. Sunscreen, insect repellent, and a refillable water bottle are essential regardless of your destination, and we strongly recommend drinking only bottled or filtered water throughout your trip. A yellow fever vaccination is strongly recommended, particularly if visiting the Amazon or other tropical regions, and some countries may require proof of vaccination upon your return.

  • Travellers holding a Jamaican, United States, Canadian, or United Kingdom passport do not require a visa and may enter Brazil visa-free for tourism purposes. US and Canadian passport holders should note that entry requirements have recently changed , please confirm the latest requirements prior to departure.If you hold a different passport or are unsure about your visa requirements, we recommend contacting us for guidance or visa assistance prior to booking.

  • All deposits are non-refundable however your deposit payment is protected when cancelling, your deposit may be held as a credit or can be transferred to a future trip of your choice.

    Payments made after your deposit:

    • Cancellations made within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.

    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the schedule departure date or less are subject to 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.

  • If your trip is unexpectedly postponed or cancelled by our company due to travel restrictions or safety concerns, you can reschedule to a different trip for free or receive a future travel voucher for the amount paid.
