Payments for your journey may be made in installments or in full. To ensure a seamless and elevated travel experience, it is important to stay aligned with the agreed payment schedule, as arrangements such as accommodations, experiences, and services are secured on your behalf in advance.
Final payment is due 45 days prior to the departure date. Should you anticipate any delays with payment, we kindly ask that you notify us ahead of the deadline.

Dubai's currency is the UAE Dirham (AED) and card payments are widely accepted across the city. However, cash is useful for souks, smaller vendors, and tipping.
Dubai is a cosmopolitan city, however it operates under Islamic law and cultural respect is important. During Ramadan, eating, drinking, and smoking in public during daylight hours is prohibited. When visiting mosques and more conservative areas such as the historic Al Fahidi district and the Gold and Spice Souks, modest dress is required, shoulders and knees must be covered. Outside of these areas, smart casual clothing is widely accepted, though swimwear should be reserved for the beach and pool. Public displays of affection are discouraged.Travellers holding a Jamaican passport will require a visa to enter Dubai and the UAE. Our team can assist you with your visa application - simply reach out at the time of booking. Travellers holding a United States, Canadian, or United Kingdom passport do not require a visa and may enter Dubai visa-free for up to 90 days.

Cancellations made within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the schedule departure date or less are subject to 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.

If your trip is unexpectedly postponed or cancelled by our company due to travel restrictions or safety concerns, you can reschedule to a different trip for free or receive a future travel voucher for the amount paid.
