Final payment is due 45 days prior to the departure date. Should you anticipate any delays with payment, we kindly ask that you notify us ahead of the deadline.

US, Canadian, and UK passport holders do not require a visa, however as of 2025, US and Canadian travellers will need to register for ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System) prior to travel, which is a simple online application. We recommend checking the latest ETIAS requirements ahead of your departure date.
When visiting churches, cathedrals, and religious sites including the Vatican, which draws significant crowds modest dress is required. Shoulders and knees must be covered for entry, so a light scarf or layer is worth keeping in your bag at all times.Visa requirements depend on your passport nationality.
Italy is a member of the Schengen Area, which means entry requirements follow Schengen rules. Travellers holding a Jamaican passport will require a Schengen visa to enter Italy. Travellers holding a United States, Canadian, or United Kingdom passport do not currently require a visa and may enter Italy visa-free for up to 90 days within any 180-day period.

Payments made after your deposit:

Cancellations made within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the schedule departure date or less are subject to 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.

If your trip is unexpectedly postponed or cancelled by our company due to travel restrictions or safety concerns, you can reschedule to a different trip for free or receive a future travel voucher for the amount paid.
