Pricing

Payments for your journey may be made in installments or in full. To ensure a seamless and elevated travel experience, it is important to stay aligned with the agreed payment schedule, as arrangements such as accommodations, experiences, and services are secured on your behalf in advance.

Final payment is due 45 days prior to the departure date. Should you anticipate any delays with payment, we kindly ask that you notify us ahead of the deadline.

Pricing is based on double occupancy. A single-room option may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Arrive at Tokyo Haneda International Airport (HND), where you’ll be met and privately transferred to your hotel in central Tokyo. Check in and take time to unwind after your journey.  Tokyo Highlights Private Tour

Discover Tokyo’s most iconic districts on a full-day private guided tour.  Bullet Train to Kyoto

Check out and enjoy a private transfer to Tokyo Station for your first-class Shinkansen (bullet train) journey to Kyoto. Upon arrival, a private transfer will take you to your hotel. Check in and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure, soaking in the refined atmosphere of Japan’s cultural capital.

  • Flights are not included in our package trips. However, we offer a complimentary flight consultation to identify the most convenient and cost-effective routes based on your departure city. Once your preferred route is confirmed, we’re happy to handle your flight reservations on your behalf, ensuring a seamless, stress-free travel experience.

  • Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended travel dates. Jamaican passport holders must obtain a Japan visa prior to departure. US, Canadian, and UK passport holders do not require a visa.

    If your itinerary includes the Go Kart experience, an International Driving Permit is mandatory and must be obtained before departure from your local motor vehicle authority, as this cannot be arranged on arrival.

    Japan remains a largely cash-based society. We recommend exchanging currency or withdrawing Yen upon arrival and keeping cash on hand at all times, as many smaller restaurants, local markets, and convenience stores are still cash-only.

  • Visa requirements depend on your passport nationality. Travellers holding a Jamaican passport will require a visa to enter Japan. Travellers holding a United States, Canadian, or United Kingdom passport do not require a visa and may enter Japan visa-free for up to 90 days.
    If you hold a different passport or are unsure about your visa requirements, we recommend contacting us for guidance or visa assistance prior to booking.

  • All deposits are non-refundable however your deposit payment is protected when cancelling, your deposit may be held as a credit or can be transferred to a future trip of your choice.

    Payments made after your deposit:

    • Cancellations made within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.

    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the schedule departure date or less are subject to 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.

  • If your trip is unexpectedly postponed or cancelled by our company due to travel restrictions or safety concerns, you can reschedule to a different trip for free or receive a future travel voucher for the amount paid.
