Payments for your journey may be made in installments or in full. To ensure a seamless and elevated travel experience, it is important to stay aligned with the agreed payment schedule, as arrangements such as accommodations, experiences, and services are secured on your behalf in advance.
Final payment is due 45 days prior to the departure date. Should you anticipate any delays with payment, we kindly ask that you notify us ahead of the deadline.

Cancellations made within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.

If your trip is unexpectedly postponed or cancelled by our company due to travel restrictions or safety concerns, you can reschedule to a different trip for free or receive a future travel voucher for the amount paid.
