Payments for your journey may be made in installments or in full. To ensure a seamless and elevated travel experience, it is important to stay aligned with the agreed payment schedule, as arrangements such as accommodations, experiences, and services are secured on your behalf in advance.
Final payment is due 45 days prior to the departure date. Should you anticipate any delays with payment, we kindly ask that you notify us ahead of the deadline.
Pricing is based on double occupancy. A single-room option may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Journey to the Desert
Depart early from Marrakech for a scenic drive to the desert. Upon arrival, enjoy a camel ride before transferring by 4×4 to your luxury desert camp. In the evening, indulge in a private dining experience followed by an Arabian dinner and traditional Moroccan show beneath the stars.

Leisure Day & Optional Henna Experience
Breakfast at the hotel. The morning and early afternoon are free for relaxation, shopping, or personal exploration. Later in the day, you may choose to enjoy an optional henna experience at a selected venue.
Henna designs range from USD 10–40 and are payable directly on site.

Morocco's currency is the Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and while card payments are accepted at hotels and larger establishments, cash is essential for souks, local markets, street food, taxis, and tipping guides.
Packing light layers alongside summer clothing is advisable. When visiting mosques, medinas, and religious sites, modest dress is required, shoulders and knees must be covered at all times, and non-Muslims are not permitted to enter active mosques.Visa requirements depend on your passport nationality. Travellers holding a Jamaican passport will require a visa to enter Morocco. Our team can assist you with your visa application simply reach out at the time of booking. Travellers holding a United States, Canadian, or United Kingdom passport do not require a visa and may enter Morocco visa-free for up to 90 days.
If you hold a different passport or are unsure about your visa requirements, we recommend contacting us for guidance or visa assistance prior to booking.All deposits are non-refundable however your deposit payment is protected when cancelling, your deposit may be held as a credit or can be transferred to a future trip of your choice.
Payments made after your deposit:

Cancellations made within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the schedule departure date or less are subject to 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.

If your trip is unexpectedly postponed or cancelled by our company due to travel restrictions or safety concerns, you can reschedule to a different trip for free or receive a future travel voucher for the amount paid.
