Pricing

Payments for your journey may be made in installments or in full. To ensure a seamless and elevated travel experience, it is important to stay aligned with the agreed payment schedule, as arrangements such as accommodations, experiences, and services are secured on your behalf in advance.

Final payment is due 45 days prior to the departure date. Should you anticipate any delays with payment, we kindly ask that you notify us ahead of the deadline.

Pricing is based on double occupancy. A single-room option may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Today is yours to explore Lima on your own terms. Choose to relax or enhance your experience with optional excursions such as a full-day trip to Paracas and Huacachina, or an immersive Peruvian cooking class that introduces you to the country’s rich culinary traditions.

Transfer to Cusco

After check-out, a private transfer will take you to the airport for your flight to Cusco, the historic heart of the Inca Empire. Upon arrival, you’ll be met by a private driver and transferred to your hotel.

In the evening, enjoy a warm welcome dinner at a carefully selected local restaurant an ideal introduction to Cusco’s culture, cuisine, and enchanting atmosphere.

Machu Picchu

An early start takes you from Cusco to Ollantaytambo, where you’ll board the scenic Vistadome Observatory Train to Aguas Calientes. From here, continue by bus to the legendary Machu Picchu for a guided exploration of this iconic Inca citadel (approximately 2 hours).

After your visit, enjoy lunch in Aguas Calientes before returning by train and bus to Cusco, arriving in the evening.

Rainbow Mountain
Depart early from Cusco and travel through the Andes, stopping for breakfast along the way before reaching Pitumarca, the starting point of your hike. Enjoy a scenic trek of approximately 1.5 hours to Rainbow Mountain, where vibrant mineral layers create one of Peru’s most striking natural wonders.

  • Flights are not included in our package trips. However, we offer a complimentary flight consultation to identify the most convenient and cost-effective routes based on your departure city. Once your preferred route is confirmed, we’re happy to handle your flight reservations on your behalf, ensuring a seamless, stress-free travel experience.

  • Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended travel dates.
    Peru's currency is the Peruvian Sol (PEN) and while card payments are accepted at hotels and larger establishments, cash is strongly recommended for local markets, restaurants, and transportation.
    Peru's climate varies dramatically by region the coast is arid and mild, the highlands are cool and can be cold at night, and the Amazon jungle is hot and humid. Packing layers is essential regardless of your itinerary. If your trip includes Machu Picchu or other high-altitude destinations such as Cusco, we strongly recommend spending a day or two acclimatising upon arrival to avoid altitude sickness, and consulting your doctor about altitude medication before departure. Sunscreen and insect repellent are essential, particularly for jungle and highland excursions.

  • Travellers holding a Jamaican, United States, Canadian, or United Kingdom passport do not require a visa and may enter Peru visa-free for tourism purposes.
    If you hold a different passport or are unsure about your visa requirements, we recommend contacting us for guidance or visa assistance prior to booking.

  • All deposits are non-refundable however your deposit payment is protected when cancelling, your deposit may be held as a credit or can be transferred to a future trip of your choice.

    Payments made after your deposit:

    • Cancellations made within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.

    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the schedule departure date or less are subject to 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.

  • If your trip is unexpectedly postponed or cancelled by our company due to travel restrictions or safety concerns, you can reschedule to a different trip for free or receive a future travel voucher for the amount paid.
